new operation 365

the last time i had an operation 365, there were too many people to manage. i stopped uploading pictures of everyone together. i started asking jenn to put those pictures together and eventually, it died. this time, we are doing it in a smaller group. my designs are as crappy as ever, but hopefully i'll get better at it. i'm really unsure of what to do with these photos.

for the new operation (if you like) i will have more themes. theme ideas are gratefully welcomed. there will be more frequent updates. i promise. i will try my best to keep up with this.
